1. Press windows keyboard, click run, and enter regedit.
2. Go to the trees of : HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Desktop
3. Double click key WaitToKillAppTimeout
4. Enter 0 as the value
5. Double click key AutoEndTasks and enter 0 as its value.
6. Double Click HungAppTimeout, and change the value into 0
7. Go to tree HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control
8. Double Click WaitToKillServiceTimeout
9. Enter 0 as the value
10. RESTART YOUR COMPUTER. Finish...
